Jurni is a secure web application used by students and staff to log, review, and report clinical training hours. The platform supports educational and administrative workflows for structured clinical placement and record management.

  • Account data: name, university email, password hash, and assigned roles such as Student, Academic, or Clinical Staff.
  • Training records: clinical sites, dates, times, case categories, durations, supervisor or preceptor details, and related submissions.
  • System metadata: sign-in activity and audit information used for security, support, and compliance.
  • Support communications: messages or requests submitted to administrators or support staff.

  • Provide secure sign-in, role-based access, and the core functionality needed to log and manage clinical hours.
  • Generate reports for students, academic staff, and clinical staff based on faculty and programme requirements.
  • Support platform security, troubleshooting, auditability, and legal or institutional compliance.
